The top image needs little explanation with its iconic backdrop. The surfer is my son, Colin. The photo was taken by his friend, Matt, from another surf board. Quite a feat!
The other photos are taken in my favourite town just outside Hamilton. I was back for a dinner to honour one of my highschool classmates and it was a weekend of memories. The building in the background is the wonderful Detour café where we sat sketching and at left is their perfect latté.
Thanks Mom! and thanks to Matt for snapping the pic. It’s starting to get cold to be holding a camera out there.
